Through continued fundraising Initiatives, Munro’s Travel has donated a further £750 to Befriend a Child, bringing their total raised for the charity in recent years to £4,303.
The Aberdeen-based charity helps over 250 children annually, matching them with trained volunteer befrienders and mentors who provide friendship, stability, and fun. Befriend a Child relies completely on support from the local community, businesses and grants to ensure they can continue providing their vital services.

The money raised by Munro’s has helped fund the charity’s befriending programme, which supports children from the local community who are growing with challenging homelives, including those experiencing abuse and neglect, low self-esteem and poor mental health.
