Munro’s Travel has formed a new strategic partnership with Visas2, a recently established global mobility company that has expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of London-based Visa Group.

The partnership enhances Munro’s end-to-end travel management service for clients across the energy, renewables, and maritime sectors.

The collaboration builds on a relationship that spans more than two decades. With the addition of Neil Thomson to the team, Visas2 brings further expertise in immigration and visa compliance to Munro’s clients across the globe.

Murray Burnett, Managing Director of Munro’s Travel, said: “Our clients operate in complex and fast-moving global environments where travel and immigration requirements can change rapidly. Having the right documentation and permissions in place is fundamental to keeping their people and operations moving safely and efficiently. Working closely with Visas2 allows us to deliver that peace of mind as part of a truly joined-up travel management solution.”

Through the partnership, Munro’s clients will continue to benefit from a seamless service for all aspects of business travel — from visa and passport support to itinerary planning, flights, accommodation and ground transport. Both companies operate out of Aberdeen and share extensive experience supporting energy and marine personnel working across multiple international jurisdictions.

Neil Thomson, Director at Visas2, added: “We’ve worked alongside Munro’s Travel for many years, and this formal partnership reflects the trust and collaboration between our teams. Immigration and travel are two sides of the same coin — and by combining our expertise, we can provide clients with a single, reliable solution that keeps them compliant and on schedule, wherever in the world they’re operating.”

The partnership underscores Munro’s commitment to proactive travel management, ensuring that every element from logistics to legalities, is handled with precision. It comes at a time when global travel continues to face evolving regulatory frameworks, particularly for those working in offshore, remote, and high-risk environments.
