New appointments at Stronachs to strengthen the firm’s offering across the business

Stronachs LLP, the full-service independent law firm, has bolstered its commercial property team with the appointment of two new associates.

Eloise Robb has been appointed as a senior associate in the Commercial Property team and David Marshall has been appointed as an associate specialising in Agricultural and Rural Law.

Ms Robb joins Stronachs with over twelve years of experience specialising in commercial property including development and investment acquisitions, leases and disposals.

Ms Robb also has extensive experience advising businesses operating in the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors. She can provide specialist licensing advice, not only in the course of commercial property transactions, but also as a standalone service to those in the licensed trade.

With over ten years’ experience serving the rural and renewables sectors, Mr Marshall joins Stronachs as an associate working within the agriculture team. With a farming background, Mr Marshall is well placed to advise clients on a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters including farm and estate sales, purchases, diversification, sporting rights, wayleave agreements, agricultural tenancies and renewable energy projects.
