NHS Grampian is offering two workshops in the North-east to help businesses cope with stress in the workforce.

Aimed at line managers and supervisors in small to medium-sized enterprises with an employee base of under 250, the three hour workshops will help delegates:

  • Understand the links between pressure, stress, performance and health
  • Measure personal resilience (using a questionnaire providing scores on 8 dimensions of resilience)
  • Identify actions you, as an employer, can take to build employee resilience
  • Identify how you can help your employees to build their personal resilience

Delegates leave the workshop with resources, tools and sources of support to use in their workplace.

The first workshop will take place on Monday, September 10, from 1-4pm (registration at 12.45pm) at The Conference Room, Summerfield House, Eday Road, AB15 6RE.

The second will take place on Monday, September 27, from 10am-1pm (registration at 9.45am) at The Chamber, Buchan House, St Peter Street, Peterhead, AB24 1QF.
