North-east leasing firm awarded star rating

A leading North-east property leasing firm has been presented with an Award of Excellence by Booking.com for the consistent high quality of its serviced apartments.

Aberdeen Property Leasing (APL), which has been operating in the North-east for more than 35 years, was awarded a 9.4 rating by the booking website after receiving an abundance of positive feedback from its clientele.

Packed full of all the mod-cons including, TV with comprehensive Sky package, free unlimited Wi-Fi, Bluetooth music system, and an added bonus of all electric, broadband and bills included, Booking.com’s clientele were delighted with their APL short stay. Comments from the website included: “All the home comforts”, “Lovely apartment, pleasant staff, good location”, “Very impressed with the service” and “Excellent facilities, clean comfy and better than a hotel.”

The 40 exclusive Aberdeen apartments, which are all predominantly west end and city centre based, were launched by the leasing firm in 2013 as the company recognised a demand for short stay, corporate and private use accommodation in the city.

With the continuous rise in hotel prices and thousands of visitors passing through the city each year, the demand for alternative accommodation is high.
