Aberdeen‑based fabricator North Sea Energy Services Ltd. (NSES) completed its relocation to new premises in Dyce at the end of 2025, providing an improved operational base in close proximity to Aberdeen Airport, the harbour and key transport links, while supporting the company’s long‑term growth plans.
The relocation was carefully planned to ensure continuity of service for live projects, reflecting NSES’s strong focus on delivery and client reliability. While the Dyce facility is fully operational, plans are being put in place for a lick of paint to freshen it up, alongside ongoing internal development to support the company’s core focus on capability, standards, and dependable project execution. The location enhances logistics and accessibility for customers, suppliers, and the wider regional supply chain.
Following the move, NSES has successfully re‑certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 4500, confirming that its systems, processes, and controls continue to meet internationally recognised standards within the new facility.
NSES is a certified piping fabricator, holding PE(S)R Modules D and D1 approval through DNV, with experience across a broad materials scope including carbon steel, stainless steel, Cunifer, duplex and super duplex. The business provides fabrication, structural fabrication, non‑destructive testing, advanced coatings, pipework, and welding services to clients across the energy sector and related industries, utilising Mike Lloyd survey equipment to support accuracy, traceability, and quality‑driven delivery. Building on its established oil and gas expertise, NSES also supports projects across utilities, decommissioning, and renewables, where its technical capability, materials expertise and standards‑led approach support safe, compliant, and reliable project delivery.
Managing Director Scott MacAngus said the relocation reflects a long‑term commitment to both clients and the region.
“The move to Dyce supports how we operate as a business, giving us a more accessible location while maintaining the standards our clients expect. Successfully re‑certifying to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 following the move was a key milestone and reinforces our commitment to quality, safety, and consistent delivery.”
NSES continues to maintain a strong pipeline of work, with confirmed projects and ongoing opportunities extending through 2026 and beyond. The company’s growth strategy remains reputation‑led, prioritising dependable delivery, in‑house capability, and strong local supply chains.
With its Dyce facility fully operational and certifications in place, North Sea Energy Services is well positioned to support existing and new clients across both traditional and emerging sectors.
