North-east estate and lettings agency Northwood Aberdeen has appointed Linzi Walker as Marketing Co-ordinator to help support the firm’s further expansion and continued growth of its estate agency offering.
With a marketing career spanning more than ten years, Linzi has worked in a range of sectors from oil and gas to retail at Union Square, where she was part of the marketing team for six years. Her most recent post was Campaign and Content Manager at Donald Russell.
Linzi’s new role will include the delivery of Northwood Aberdeen’s local marketing strategy including the management of all marketing activities within the team, creative campaigns and increasing engagement across its digital platforms.
Linzi’s experience in the retail industry will help bolster the company’s aspirations for growth as it approaches its 15th anniversary next year.
“Laura and the team have a contagious passion for their business, and they care deeply about the local area and the North-east property market. I am very excited to be a part of that,” said Linzi.

Opened by Laura Mearns and her husband, Steven, in 2009, Northwood Aberdeen is based in Aberdeen’s Rosemount Place and West High Street Inverurie. The business is a franchise of Northwood GB, part of lettings group Belvoir, which has more than 90 offices around the UK.
Laura explained: “With the ever-evolving marketing and social media trends and fast pace of change, Linzi’s appointment is important for Northwood, allowing us to stay ahead of the game with an in-house expert who can manage and co-ordinate our marketing activities.
