Onboard Tracker™ has strengthened its sales leadership team as part of a wider strategic international growth programme.

Alex Milne has been appointed senior business development manager, supporting continued adoption of the platform across both domestic and international markets, while Emily Reid steps into the role of head of business development, retaining responsibility for overseeing the division and maintaining strategic focus.

Onboard Tracker™ is the go-to system for global workforce planning, personnel logistics, training, and competence management for on and offshore crews. Its single, integrated digital platform supports companies operating in complex, high-risk environments by helping reduce operational risk, cut costs, and unlock efficiencies across international operations.

Today, the platform supports more than 150,000 personnel across the energy, renewables, and marine sectors, spanning over 110 countries and 8,000 on and offshore sites worldwide.

International growth has played a significant role in the company’s performance over the past year, with 40% of turnover now generated from outside the UK. Increased activity has been seen across Brazil, wider South America, and Africa, alongside new client growth in Central USA and Alaska. With a strong foothold already established across Europe, including Norway, Denmark, Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands, Onboard Tracker™ is now focused on expanding its presence in Asia, where engagement and demand continue to rise.

These leadership appointments reinforce Onboard Tracker™’s commitment to scalable growth, client partnership, and delivering a robust software solutions for global workforce operations.
