Mobile screening app, Tracepass proves fit for purpose as it is successfully rolled out in seven businesses with over 1,000 users reporting to the app daily since its launch three months ago.
The Tracepass app developed to monitor employees for any symptoms of coronavirus and respond quickly to any concerns was created by Aberdeen-based software development company Insiso in partnership with problem-solving company STC Global. The app was first launched in August this year and was created in response to the need for an easy-to-use smart system to keep employees safe and mitigate risk in the workplace.
Tracepass is configurable to the requirements of any specific business or sector and can enable larger firms that operate in different geographies or buildings to screen employees in a consistent and standard format.
Glasgow head-quartered Aberdeins Group, which comprises of Simpson and Marwick, Aberdeins and Alston Law deployed Tracepass across their three businesses spanning Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen with 75 employees.
Rob Aberdein, chief executive officer of The Aberdeins Group said: “Tracepass has proven to have an extremely positive impact on our business, and more notably our employees. As a group, our duty of care to our employees has always been important but now more so than ever. The app allows us to manage the current circumstances effectively and with confidence. It works seamlessly in the background which has meant high compliance from our employees across all three sites.
“We would encourage businesses to consider implementing Tracepass into their business as an extra positive step towards creating a safe environment for employees now, and in the future.”
Arrash Nekonam, managing director of Insiso added: “We are delighted with the feedback we have received about Tracepass, and it’s great to see it making real-world impact. Businesses must continue to prioritise the health and wellbeing of their staff now, and beyond CV19. We look forward to helping more companies implement Tracepass in the coming months.”
