REDA Energy Ltd are excited to announce the acquisition of the trade and assets of Cistom Engineering Limited for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction was completed on Friday 26th January in Aberdeen
REDA Energy are a specialty chemical supplier to the Oil & Gas and Industrial market segments.
The acquisition will strengthen and diversify the organisation’s product portfolio and increase its market coverage.
