North-east design and marketing agency, Due North Creatives (DNC), has expanded its Aberdeen presence with the appointment of two new team members, strengthening its commitment to the region and continued client growth across the North-east.
Naomi Castanie joins as Marketing & Communications Account Manager, bringing over seven years experience in delivering strategic marketing in the north-east. Katie Fox steps in as Social Media & Content Specialist, focusing on content creation and digital campaigns for clients across a range of sectors.
The two join Senior Creative & Digital Account Manager Hannah Bisset, who has been part of the Due North team in Aberdeen for the past three years. Together with Founder and Director Amanda Inglis, they form a local hub within the agency’s wider team of nine.
Due North Creatives has worked remotely since it began in 2015 - long before it became the norm. The business started at Amanda’s kitchen table after being made redundant from a role in Aberdeen. What began as a way to cover childcare costs quickly grew into a full-time venture, built on a simple aim: to help local businesses get the recognition they deserve. Nine years later, it’s grown into a trusted agency with a strong client base and a flexible working model that works for both the team and their clients.

The agency already supports well-established local businesses including Montrose Port Authority, Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace, Fotheringham Homes, Don Valley, AquaTerra Training and Cerretti Electrical. With a focus on clarity, collaboration, and strategic thinking, DNC has become a trusted part of each client’s team - delivering brand, marketing and creative work that drives real results.
Client Tom Hutchison from the Montrose Port Authority said: “Due North Creatives has been a trusted partner of ours for several years, helping to shape and deliver our marketing strategy across digital, PR, and content. Our brand has never felt stronger. From our online presence to campaign content and video, the results have consistently exceeded expectations. The Port continues to grow, and we’re proud to have Due North alongside us on that journey.”
Founder and Director Amanda Inglis said: “We’re excited to welcome Naomi and Katie to the team. They’re both talented, practical, and client first, exactly the kind of people we want representing DNC. We’ve built strong relationships with clients in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, and this is about strengthening that local connection. We believe in helping businesses grow, and that starts with growing our own team in the right way”
Due North Creatives, now approaching its 10th year in business, offers brand design, website development, video production, and outsourced marketing support. Alongside delivery, the agency also provides workshops and consultancy for businesses looking to grow their in-house skills.
Now a member of the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, Due North Creatives continues to support businesses of all sizes across construction, oil and gas, manufacturing and professional services - backing their ambition and shining a light on their impact in the region.
