Reporting to the Head of HR, the role will support the company’s people strategy and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will hold CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience, possess in-depth knowledge of UK employment law, and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills. Key responsibilities will include performance and absence management, recruitment, HR policy development, training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
