The ARCHIE Foundation are absolutely delighted to announce their
fab-u-lous Strictly ARCHIE 2019 event.
STRICTLY ARCHIE will take place at Aberdeen's Beach Ballroom on October 11, 2019, at 7pm where 10 - 15 adult dancing couples and five junior dancing couples will participate in a Ballroom/Latin dancing competition.
Dancers do not need any dance experience as our ARCHIE Choreographer will provide four hours of free training.
It will then be up to each couple to complete additional training at times convenient for themselves. Couples will have eight weeks to perfect those steps, turns and moves.
All couples will be judged by four judges and this combined with an audience vote will determine who will lift the grand ARCHIE Glitterball Trophy!
Of course the main aim of the event is to raise vital funds for local sick children and their families and we ask participants to have a target fundraising amount of £500 each / £1000 per couple.
We will have 30 tables of 10 to fill for audience members. We ask that all dancers sell at least 10 table tickets. This is an ideal opportunity for your friends, family and colleagues to come watch you dance, cheer you on and indeed vote for you to win.
