The HR Department Aberdeenshire is delighted to announce that Chris Mathieson has joined the team as its new HR consultant.
Chris brings over 20 years of experience working in the not-for-profit sector, including over 15 years in leadership roles.
In his most recent role, he served as Grampian Housing Association's head of people experience, where he led the People Team and had strategic responsibility for Health & Safety, Procurement and Data Protection.
With areas of expertise incorporating Employee Relations, wellbeing and resilience, customer engagement, developing organisational culture, and delivering strategic HR projects, Chris has an impressive and proven track record of delivering high-quality, sustainable and ethical outcomes for stakeholders.
Chris' arrival marks an important stage in The HR Dept Aberdeenshire's continuing development and success, as it further develops and diversifies its offering to companies across Aberdeenshire looking to access high-quality HR advice they can trust.
