Integrity HSE is pleased to announce the appointment of William John McLeman as QHSE manager.
William brings extensive operational and leadership experience across the seafood, logistics, offshore, and marine sectors, developed through a career spanning both frontline operations and senior compliance roles. His broad sector exposure provides a strong foundation for supporting organisations operating in complex, high-risk environments.
William holds an MSc in Health, Safety and Risk Management, a BA (Hons) in Management, and an HND in Business, together with specialist technical training in ROV Subsea Engineering. William is also in the final stages of completing his membership with the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM).
William joins Integrity HSE from Denholm Seafoods Limited, where he was responsible for leading health, safety and environmental management across production, processing, and fish selling operations. His previous roles include Compliance Manager at Ferguson Transport & Shipping and UK Asset Integrity & Compliance Advisor at ASCO Group, where his responsibilities included work within COMAH-regulated environments.
