The Tippling House, on Belmont Street, has extended its opening hours over the festive period, adding two additional dates for its popular Saturday bottomless brunch.

Famous for its regular Champagne top-ups over a 90 minute period, Christmas shoppers and festive revellers can now enjoy a boozy brunch on the 21st and 28th, which are Sundays, as well as every Saturday in December.

The venue recently released its new festive set menu aimed at more intimate groups and small/micro businesses.  The menu features two or three courses with the option to add on fizz and wine for the table. Dishes include Game Terrine with a Cumberland Sauce, Smoked Salmon with Prawn & Avocado, Roasted Hake with Mushroom Duxelle and a Turkey Ballantine, as well as vegan options.  The full menu can be viewed here: www.thetipplinghouse.com/festive.

“This year we've decided to lean more into the intimate aspect of the bar, with a menu and offering more suitable for smaller groups.” said Adrian Gomes, managing director of 10 Dollar Shake, which owns The Tippling House. “Diners can not only enjoy the choice of a two or three course meal, but if they wanted to elevate the experience we can also pair wines or whiskies to the menu, or add-on a wine or Champagne tasting to start or end of the meal.”

Bookings are available online for groups of up to eight guests: www.thetipplinghouse.com/reservations.

The business also recently unveiled Tropicalismo, an exclusive events space on Langstane Place.  Seating up to 20 guests, the space is available for pre/post drinks, wine or spirit tastings, meeting facilities and collaborations.  Private booking clients can also curate their own bespoke drinks list, selecting up to three highballs and three cocktails from the new menu, which can be viewed at www.tropicalismo.co.uk/menu.
