UAE-UK Business Council to hold Energy Transition Summit

The UAE-UK Business Council will be hosting a Summit aimed at identifying opportunities for collaboration in the energy transition sector.

About the event

The UAE-UK Business Council be holding an Energy Transition Summit on June 13, 2022 in Aberdeen Scotland.

This event will take place alongside the Energy Industries Council’s Energy Exports Conference in Aberdeen, June 14-15. The Summit will focus on three key issues:

• What needs to be done over the next five years in order to sustain progress towards net zero in the Energy Sector
• Reskilling the workforce in preparation for the energy transition
• Financing the energy transition.

Each of these important topics will be addressed through panel discussions featuring speakers from both the UAE and the UK.
