Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) is hosting an event for North-east professionals focusing on how purpose-driven partnerships can boost businesses.

The event, hosted in collaboration with Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, comes as businesses are increasingly looking for ways to stand out in a competitive landscape - not just in terms of profit, but also purpose.

One approach gaining serious momentum is the power of meaningful partnerships with charities, which are proving to deliver value far beyond traditional CSR activities.

On Wednesday 5th November, local business leaders will have the chance to explore this opportunity in a special lunchtime event hosted by CHAS in collaboration with AGCC.

Held at the Park Inn by Radisson in Aberdeen (12pm to 2pm), the event will focus on how purpose-driven partnerships can strengthen brand reputation, boost employee engagement, and deliver long-term business benefits, all while making a tangible difference in communities.

The event features a panel of expert speakers who will share first-hand insights into the value of these partnerships from different sectors:

  • Rami Okasha, CEO, CHAS
  • Claire Quinn, Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team, CMS
  • Mairi Macdonald, Regional Board Engagement Manager, RBS
