Following on from the popularity of the previously well attended sessions, a further virtual autism awareness session for employers has been secured with Ambitious about Autism (AAA).
The call is intended to give employers an awareness of autism, together with some practical steps they can take to become more autism inclusive.
As the session is in demand and there is limited availability, employers should restrict the number of attendees to key personnel; targeting for example HR or diversity and inclusion leads, who can influence employer policies and practices and create a more inclusive workplace.
