Industry leaders, rising talent and changemakers will gather in Aberdeen next month for a conference focused on turning purpose into practical action.

With less than a month to go and limited tickets remaining, Women in New Energy 2026 is preparing to welcome professionals from across the sector to P&J Live, Aberdeen on Tuesday 23 June 2026.

Hosted in the UK’s energy capital, this year’s conference is built around the theme “Purpose in Practice: Energy’s Next Chapter” moving the conversation beyond discussion and into meaningful action during a time of major change and opportunity for the industry.

The event is headline sponsored by Brookson Legal, reflecting a shared commitment to supporting talent, championing diverse voices and helping shape the future of the evolving energy landscape.

Marcus Kenny, Head of End Hirer at Brookson Legal, said: “As the energy sector continues to evolve, the support systems behind it must evolve too. We believe that championing diverse voices and perspectives is fundamental to driving meaningful and sustainable progress across the energy landscape.”

The conference will feature a packed programme of keynote sessions, panels, workshops and networking opportunities designed to support professionals at every stage of their careers - from those entering the industry to experienced leaders exploring new pathways and opportunities.

Attendees will hear from keynote speaker Tara Singh, CEO of RenewableUK, alongside expert speakers and industry voices from organisations including Microsoft, DNV, Pinsent Masons, POWERful Women, SSEN Transmission and Men for Inclusion.
