Developing the Young Workforce North East (DYWNE) was founded in 2014 as part of the Scottish Government’s national Developing the Young Workforce Strategy.
The initiative connects young people aged 16-24 with opportunities into the world of work through employer-led pathway events in schools, and by promoting awareness of training, further education, volunteering and work experience routes offered by our regional partners.
There are 20 regional DYW Groups across Scotland. DYWNE works across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
An opportunity has arisen within DYWNE to join our dedicated team of coordinators who plan, organise and facilitate activities between employers, schools and young people.
