Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce and RSM are pleased to start the new year with a Business Breakfast dedicated to your business’s most important asset – your people.

As businesses look ahead to 2026, workforce availability, skills development and employee expectations remain among the most critical factors shaping competitiveness and growth across the region.

At this breakfast, TMM Recruitment will present the findings from two key pieces of research: its latest Salary Guide, providing insight into pay trends across sectors and roles, and an in-depth analysis of employee benefits, exploring how reward packages are evolving in response to changing workforce priorities.

The session will examine what these findings mean for employers as they plan for the year ahead - from attracting and retaining talent in a tight labour market, to aligning reward strategies with productivity, wellbeing and long-term workforce sustainability.

An expert panel will also consider how businesses can prepare for the skills and people challenges likely to define 2026, including shifting expectations around flexibility, progression and value beyond salary alone.

Further speakers will be announced in due course.
