Doqaru Limited, an Aberdeen-based Sales Enablement Consultancy, is looking to expand its team. The new role, Sales Enablement Projects Lead, requires an experienced sales professional to lead Doqaru’s internal sales enablement projects, govern processes that align our sales and marketing efforts and provide sales-focused support that accelerates our growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the sales environment and have a good understanding of sales processes and methodologies and strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.

Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer Yekemi Otaru explains, “This role marks an exciting time for Doqaru. Our business evolved in the past year, and that changes have driven significant growth opportunities. This new hire is a crucial part of our growth strategy for 2023 and beyond.”

Some duties of the successful candidate will include managing Doqaru’s CRM system and its client onboarding process.

Derek Forsyth, who joined Doqaru as Operations Manager in March 2022, will be the successful candidate’s line manager. Mr Forsyth notes, “We have seen our team grow organically and they have really worked hard for our customers and, of course, Doqaru. Adding the right person to the team at this time will continue that growth and ensure we keep exceeding our customers’ expectations going forward.”

Last year, Doqaru won Social Entrepreneur of the Year and Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year at the 4th Scottish Women Awards and The Great British Entrepreneur Awards, respectively.
