Event Highlights
1st October – Employment Rights Bill & Workplace Misconduct
Participants will receive an update on the Employment Rights Bill, including recent amendments made by the House of Lords and upcoming considerations in the House of Commons. The session will also explore real-world case studies focused on managing misconduct in the workplace.
26th November – Mock Employment Tribunal
Back by popular demand, this session will feature a mock employment tribunal, offering attendees a behind-the-scenes look at tribunal proceedings. Selected participants will take on the roles of witnesses, while others will act as judges and vote on the outcome. The event will include festive elements to mark the season.
