Following their third assessment against the Investors in People Standard, Body & Face St. Cyrus Ltd is pleased to announce confirmation of their re-accreditation.
A complimentary report has been received from the Assessor praising staff understanding of quality issues, their culture of continuous improvement and ability to meet customers’ needs. Also mentioned was the engagement of employees in decision-making giving them a sense of ownership and involvement.
Added to the company's ISO 9001:2008 Quality Manufacturing Assurance accreditation re-confirmed in February 2015, this is exceptional for a small company of 9 employees.
They look to move forward to meeting the revised ISO 9001:2015 Standard, together with the revised Investors in People Standard both due in the early Autumn. ISO 22716:2007 Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is also in the forward planning.
A project is underway with the Scottish Manufacturing Service in order to move towards meeting the more stringent requirements of the revised standards.
