Digital media producer SIGNAL2NOISE are celebrating after being awarded a significant two-year contract to supply a cutting-edge interactive HSE induction package to Norwegian energy giant Equinor. The new induction will be viewed by thousands of offshore personnel who will mobilise to all of Equinor¹s UK assets, over the coming years.
Previously workers had to physically attend an induction training course in Aberdeen.
The new online induction tool allows them to complete their induction from anywhere in the world.
This will result in significant cost savings for Equinor and its contractors.
Equinor is at the forefront of energy production and has invested heavily in new technologies in many parts of its business.
SIGNAL2NOISE are developing bespoke software, which will combine specially shot video, animation, interactivity and Gamification in a unique way, all customised to Equinor¹s specific HSE requirements.
This contract is the latest in a series of projects SIGNAL2NOISE have produced for Equinor over the last two years.
In addition, SIGNAL2NOISE's framework contract with Equinor UK, to produce video, animation and digital media has just been extended for a further two years.
SIGNAL2NOISE has an unrivalled understanding of the global oil and gas industry with particular expertise in international multi-location film production and communicating with diverse audiences. Over the past few years they have filmed in France, USA, Norway, Oman and Dubai.
