Summer is upon us, and with it comes weeks of endless opportunities – for family fun, and new experiences for your little ones.
With that in mind, His Majesty’s Theatre in Aberdeen have programmed a series of shows for budding young theatre goers packed with all of their favourites.
And with shows such as Peppa Pig’s Adventure, What the Ladybird Heard, Bing Live! and Funbox: Dinosaur Safari on offer over the coming weeks, there’s plenty of chances for a fun-filled day out.
Aberdeen Performing Arts director of programming and creative projects, Ben Torrie, said: “We are dedicated to providing a fun, relaxed environment for our youngest audience members to have their first taste of the theatre, and our Summer programme reflects that.
“We hope that these shows will bring smiles to a lot of little faces at HMT over the coming weeks.”
Peppa Pig’s Adventure gets the summer off to a great start on July 4-5, where you can join Peppa as she gets ready to go on an exciting camping trip to the woods with George and her school friends, including Pedro Pony, Suzy Sheep and Gerald Giraffe.
With lunchboxes packed and Daddy Pig driving the bus, Peppa and her friends are excited about their outdoor adventure, full of games, laughter and loud music.
The happy campers soon settle down to sleep and listen to the gentle pitter patter of rain. Safe and warm inside their tents the excited group can look forward to morning time, when there will be lots of muddy puddles to play in.
Family favourite What the Ladybird Heard comes to HMT from July 24-26.
Two crafty robbers, one tiny ladybird and a whole farmyard of fun!
