Aberdeen Football Club has confirmed Ryan Hedges has signed for EFL Championship side, Blackburn Rovers FC, for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old winger joined the Dons in the summer of 2019 after signing a pre-contract agreement.
The Wales International has made 86 appearances for the Club, scoring 18 goals, including six in Europe.
A club spokesman said: "Everyone at Aberdeen wishes Ryan all the very best in his future career."
Hedges paid tribute to the club in a message to his social media followers.
He said: "Thank you Aberdeen FC for the past 2 1/2 years playing for this great club.
"Thank you to all the fans, staff and players for everything during my time here and I wish the team every success for the future."
Meanwhile, the club is bracing itself for deadline day bids for right-back Calvin Ramsay, with Leeds United the latest club to be credited with an interest.
