ITWORX has strengthened its services team by appointing Matthew Moran as a systems technician.
Matthew is now part of the 1st line support team and is one of the first to deal with customer support requests, daily validation of backups and customer equipment and asset processing.
With a background of managing Communication Systems and IT support in the British Army, a HND in Computing & Software development from Moray College, Matthew comes highly qualified for this position.
