The Project Team working on the project charter aimed at increasing employment for autistic people are looking for employers/employing organisations to take part in a focus group session on Wednesday, February 26 at 10am, the aim of which is to establish the what information or skills employers may need to successfully recruit and retain autistic staff and to understand any barriers that may exist. We strongly believe autistic people have a range of skills and abilities which can add value to the world of work. The project will seek to work with a small group of employers to enhance their knowledge, skill and confidence level in relation to the employment of autistic people.
