Marie Curie are looking for dynamic, local companies to come on board and fundraise to help raise money and awareness for Marie Curie throughout Aberdeen City & Shire. Marie Curie is the UK’s leading charity for people with any terminal illness.
The charity helps people living with a terminal illness and their families make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert hands-on care, emotional support, research and guidance.
Marie Curie employs more than 50 nurses throughout the Grampian region who deliver personalised care to patients and their families. All money raised locally will help Marie Curie continue to provide expert care, guidance and support for the region.
Susan Walsh, community fundraiser for Aberdeen City & Shire said: “We would love to have more businesses getting involved in helping to raise integral funds for our local Nursing Service. Donations are vital to us, enabling us to reach more people who need support at the end of their lives, as well as helping their family members.”
