What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Like most external trades, there is a dearth of young talent coming through. Limited apprentice positions have historically hindered growth however this has recently been remedied by opening our own purpose-built training academy in Derby. The centre will equip learners with key knowledge, skills and experience required to meet the rapidly evolving demands of the construction/scaffolding industry. The facility will also enable the facilitation of learners’ continuous personal development training, upskilling of apprentices and adult learners, and empower the next generation to become leaders in the scaffold industry.
