The Land Assembly Scotland team at Savills helps deliver major infrastructure projects by securing the land rights needed to build them. We work across Scotland on energy, utilities and transport projects, balancing client objectives with the interests of landowners and communities.
Who are your customers?
We work with utility companies, renewable energy developers, public sector bodies and infrastructure providers. Our clients are delivering critical projects including electricity networks, water infrastructure, offshore wind connections and renewable energy developments across Scotland.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Scotland needs significant investment in infrastructure to support economic growth and the energy transition. Our challenge is delivering projects at pace while maintaining trust with landowners. The opportunity is helping shape infrastructure that will benefit future generations.
