Give us the elevator pitch for your business
We are a people-focused HR consultancy supporting SMEs across a wide range of sectors. Our aim is simple - to add real value, help businesses navigate the complexities of employment, and create great places to work where people and organisations can thrive.
Who are your customers?
We work primarily with small and medium-sized businesses across multiple industries. The variety of sectors we support means every client has different challenges and priorities, allowing us to provide tailored HR solutions that reflect their specific needs and growth plans.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
The upcoming employment legislation changes taking effect from 2026 present both a challenge and an opportunity. Many businesses are feeling uncertain about what the changes mean for them, and we are focused on making sure our clients feel informed, confident and fully compliant. Alongside this, current market conditions continue to make recruitment and retention challenging, so we are supporting clients to attract the right people and provide strong onboarding and people practices that help them retain their talent.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
I’d say making the most of your membership involves attending events where you can, building relationships and taking the opportunity to connect with other local businesses. I would also recommend subscribing to the Chamber bulletin, which is a great source of up-to-date insight and local business news.
What is the best thing about being a Chamber member?
Being part of the Chamber provides great opportunities to meet and build relationships with businesses across Aberdeenshire and the North-east. The regular events are a great way to meet new people, exchange ideas and stay connected with what is happening in the local business community.
