Saturday 14th September saw Apex Church run their annual kipper stall alongside our local Marie Curie Peterhead & District Fundraising Group.
All proceeds raised were split between the church and Marie Curie with the stall raising over £1400. Kathleen Lyon, Peterhead & District Marie Curie Fundraiser said, “the generosity of Peterhead people always astounds me. We had a target of £500 which equates to 25 hours of care. However, due to their support the people of Peterhead have now managed to raise 35 hours of care for terminally ill people”.
Once again Peterhead has proven to be the plaice to be for generosity!
