Global
professional services company, Turner & Townsend, hosted their annual
Summer gathering at The Bar & Terrace Café at His Majesty’s Theatre on
Thursday June 6 where they welcomed many of their valued clients across their
real estate, infrastructure and energy and natural resources divisions.
With
an office based in Queens Gardens, the event connected all local clients in
sharing their experience of work in and around Aberdeen.
Jeanette
Forbes OBE, Founder of IT services company PCL Group, and owner of Grape &
Grain, joined as guest speaker to discuss the growth and development of
Aberdeen over the years and the global opportunities for the city.
James Darrie, strategic lead for Scotland at Turner & Townsend said: “It was great to welcome our clients across all sectors to our Aberdeen office and discuss the impact we are all collectively having on the growth of Aberdeen to ensure it remains a thriving city within Scotland.”
He adds “Our team has doubled to 35 within the last 12 months given the number of exciting projects we are delivering within the region, and it is inevitable that this will continue given the strength of the Aberdeen market.”
