Innovation is at the heart of Acumen Financial Planning’s culture. As an example, the company has designed bespoke planning tools and processes to ensure clients receive a crystal clear view on the financial direction in which they are headed.

The independent Financial Planning Firm has gone from strength to strength in recent years with sustained high levels of client referral, retention and new business. The company now employs 29 staff over five sites across the UK with the most recent office in Elgin opening in 2014.

Sandy Robertson added:

“Whilst we expect 2016 to be a challenging year for many, particularly in the Aberdeen area, there remains a clear need for pro-active and innovative financial planning – indeed perhaps even more so for those going through unexpected changes in employment, with a requirement to review their options for redundancy or pensions.

"Notwithstanding, we remain focused on our plan to build a team of outstanding people who will deliver exceptional service to clients long into the future.”
