UK top 50 and leading Scottish law firm Brodies LLP is hosting the next of its 'Energy Academy' events in Aberdeen on May 30, the theme of which will be 'Managing a critical incident'.
The free session will be hosted by Brodies' health and safety legal experts and will be held at the firm's Union Grove office between 8.30am-11am and will cover:

- Protecting your position and the importance of legal privilege;
- Reputation management in the world of social media;
- Protecting and supporting your people; and
- Positive and proactive engagement with investigators, regulators and authorities.
The Academy is open to all in-house lawyers and commercial managers from the energy sector as well as anyone else who may need an enhanced understanding of health and safety investigations in the industry.
