Meet the exciting people behind our member businesses.

Company: House of Elrick

Job title: Owner / Director

Give us the elevator pitch for your business.

House of Elrick is a boutique Scottish distillery and exclusive-use wedding venue, and event space set on a historic estate, with accommodation for 30 guests. We craft premium, small‑batch spirits using carefully sourced botanicals, delivering a refined, authentic taste of Scotland to discerning drinkers at home and abroad. House of Elrick stands for craftsmanship, authenticity, and experiences that feel truly special.

Who are your customers?

House of Elrick has two distinct but complementary customer groups:

The spirits side: These are people who actively seek out quality, authenticity, and story-driven brands.

The venue side: These are people looking for a venue that feels personal, exclusive, and memorable.

What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?

The biggest challenge is sustaining growth across two very different but interconnected businesses in a tough hospitality and spirit’s market. We are operating in two sectors that are both under pressure rising with staffing, utilities, compliance, and guest expectations all continue to climb.

The biggest opportunity is leveraging the estate, the brand story, and the product to create a unified premium experience that drives both venue bookings and spirit sales. Our biggest opportunity is to turn House of Elrick into a destination brand. A place people visit, celebrate in, drink from, and talk about.
