 New Chamber President elected
Colin Crosby, a consultant with Brewin Dolphin PLC, has been elected as the new president of Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Crosby, a member of the Chamber's policy council, succeeds outgoing president Mike Salter, who completed his two year term of office at last night's Chamber AGM.

Scottish Chambers of Commerce have today appointed Aberdeen-based businessman Mike Salter as their new Chairman at their Annual General Meeting. Mike replaces Norman Quirk, who has completed his two year term of office and steps down after a successful period at the helm of Scotland's Ultimate Business Network.

Action Man For Northern Star
Ben Fogle, all round adventurer and one of the nation's favourite television presenters, will host this year's Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce Northern Star Business Awards on September 24.
In 2000 Ben volunteered to be marooned on Taransay, a remote windswept island in the Outer Hebrides as part of the BBC's big millennium project, Castaway 2000. read more
